The company carries out a training policy aiming to respond efficiently to the requirements of the service rendered to our customers by its staff, always having in mind more rigour and demand.
The annual training plans are thus essentially based on two training forms: initial professional training that concerns the training of new employees, the majority of which are drivers, and continuous professional training, for all members of staff.
The initial professional training in the case of drivers is designed to qualify them to perform the specific tasks of the public bus passenger transport sector. The contents and standards of accompanying ,and evaluation of the training is carried out internally after obtaining the Driving Licence (Public Service). All initial information is completed with a company integration process involving a strong practice component - improvement of driving techniques, together with Economic and Defensive Driving concepts. This is also a project of the company for 2004, and all drivers will undergo re-training in this area.
The continuous professional training is mainly carried out in the company, either with the help of internal trainers with pedagogical competence, deeply involved in the training process, or with the help of external trainers, specially in the behaviour area, where we want to improve the Quality of the Service rendered to the customer, duly orientated towards the aims and culture of the company.
